Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we may be able to grant a return depending on the circumstances. Please reach out to us and we will do what we can to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with any tags still attached.
Custom items, gift cards, and downloaded items are unable to be returned. Please double-check any custom items carefully before checkout.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To complete your return please email us to initiate the return process.
Once your return is received in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that it is being processed.
If the item is in its original condition, then your refund will be processed, an email notification sent, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please first check with your bank or credit card company, posting can vary by business. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund please respond to your original return email and we will look into it.
Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please be sure you’re ordering the correct size and quantity when ordering clothing items as many of the items are printed on demand. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us and we will take care of the issue.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an e-gift card for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and you will need to confirm your return with them.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you by email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for lost packages and we cannot guarantee your refund if the returned item comes back in unsaleable condition.
